Whitevector's reporting products provide all the social media monitoring and research you need to build and manage your social media strategy - monitoring your own and your competitors' activity, highlighting trends and issues, identifying where and how to participate and allowing social media studies and statistics, both qualitative and quantitiative.The analysis is presented in a series of reports containing a mix of quantitative and qualitative research infomation, These reports can be accessed through the online portal, PDF or Excel exports or delivered automatically through email.
There are four levels of Whitevector product: Start, Insight, FB Pages and Agency.
- Start is a basic social media monitoring product that allows you kick off your social media strategy with a low initial investment but covering what you need to track important discussions
- Insight is built to support a full social media strategy across your organisation with a complete set of reporting services
- Facebook Pages is specifically designed to help you manage your Facebook presence. Facebook Pages is a module that can be bought as standalone product or as an add-on to other products
- Agency is intended for PR, communications, digital and media agencies
